Guiding Buyers and Sellers has been a privilege. Continually learning and integrating new knowledge into the experience is one of the keys to achieving success. Residential is such an emotional business so it is important to have the empathy for each situation and develop the negotiating skills to help traverse to a win-win position for the clients.
I've had an amazing 26 years in the Real Estate profession. Still enjoy seeing a transaction that becomes a win-win experience for both Sellers and Buyers. I am very proud of the Realtors in my Brokerage. This could be a 24/7 response requirement and I challenge everyone not to knee-jerk in response to each hurdle and not treat "time is of the essence" as an emergency room situation. Not everyone wins and when that happens it usually needs to be treated as a learning opportunity and move on to the next step.
I have been Blessed with a beautiful family and friends and enjoy the challenge of finding time to spend with them.
