Real estate is Tony Semaan’s passion. “I believe in a passion-driven career” Tony says. His extensive background in international business, development, and finance, combined with his professionalism, public relations skills, and innate courtesy, give his clients confidence and peace of mind throughout their real estate transactions.
Tony’s dedication to his profession forges relationships built on a solid ground of knowledge, integrity, and hard work - and that’s why his clients trust him. He believes that the best bio is the one that demonstrates these values in action, not on paper. "When people trust me to handle one of their most important assets, I am appreciative and I give back through delivering results and providing solutions.”
Tony specializes in Houston's most prominent neighborhoods including his home city of Bellaire, River Oaks, Tanglewood, the Texas Medical Center area, Southampton, the Memorial Villages, and West University Place where both of his children attended Roberts Elementary School.
Tony began his business career in the construction development industry where he oversaw major aspects of operations, particularly production and contract execution. He later became the COO for his family’s development company. After moving to New York, he worked as an independent broker in financial services for Mass Mutual. Tony moved to Pittsburg and joined the University of Pittsburg as an adjunct professor.
Ultimately relocating to Houston, Tony is a Realtor Associate at Martha Turner Sotheby’s International Realty. He utilizes his extensive professional background, as well as his thorough grasp of social and cultural diversity, and multi lingual skills, to construct a unique and well-rounded real estate experience for his clients.
Clients and colleagues praise Tony for his impeccable taste, exquisite character and attention to detail. A very active member of his community, Tony’s commitments include volunteering for the Red Cross, his local PTO, and a number of cultural organizations. He has also volunteered as a soccer trainer. When time permits, Tony enjoys architectural tourism, reading, writing, horseback riding and staying fit.
