I hired Lori in 8/2020 to help us with a purchase of a house in Myrtle Beach. That house deal fell through, but eventually we found and purchased a house in Sumter SC, in 9/2020. Lori continued to help us with the purchase, even though it was 2 hours from where she is located, always taking care of the back end of things in a timely manner, handling things in our best interest. Looking for homes in SC was a bit stressful for me, since I lived 1000 miles away, but Lori helped keep the process less stressful and whenever I had any questions or concerns, her responses were nearly immediate. Soon after we were settled into our new home, Lori even checked in with us to see how we were doing. That was nice of her and it was appreciated to know we were thought of. Now, it's been 9 months since the purchase of our house. We had an issue with our warranty company taking over 6 weeks to respond to our claim for a broken AC, even after 17 emails, calls and online chats with them, we were just getting the run around, being told it was still pending approval. So, I contacted Lori to see if she could help us, and before the end of that day, we were finally able to reach a resolution with the warranty company. YAY! If not for Lori stepping in to help us, who knows how long we would have been waiting, without AC, in the summer. I am grateful for Lori always being there for us, going above and beyond just the purchase of our house. I'd recommend Lori if you're looking for a realtor who you can count on.
