I grew up in Houston County, Georgia and graduated with my Bachelor’s degree from Middle Georgia State University (formerly Macon State College). I live in North Macon where I love working on projects around the house and spending time outdoors on the fishing pond or tending to our animals.
My love for real estate began in high school when I worked in a land surveyor’s office and learned about the land development process. I went on to pursue my degree in education, and later served as my husband’s law office manager. However, my love of all things real estate never faded, and becoming a licensed real estate agent just seemed like the perfect fit. I now work with residential and commercial buyers and sellers all over Middle Georgia.
As a real estate professional, I love serving people and our community. I love solving problems and meeting needs whether it’s selling that house before the bank forecloses, helping that first time home-buyer purchase their first home in a competitive market, or helping that new real estate investor navigate the market and find their first flip or rental. I am not afraid of a challenge, and in fact, welcome them!
Another thing I love about being a real estate agent is the flexibility it allows me to be involved in and serve our community. I enjoy attending Chamber events and staying connected with other families in our community through monthly Mothers of Preschoolers (MOPs) meetings. I also enjoy volunteering with my church, schools, and local non-profits. I am a graduate NewTown Macon’s 2017 Developer’s Academy where I learned the ins and outs of developing investment properties in and around Downtown Macon. I am also a graduate of Leadership Macon 2017, where I was inspired to continue to seek new ways to serve Middle Georgia and help make it better for everyone.
