Gina exceeded all expectations during our 1031 purchase. There was the potential for litigation against our AOAO, no one else even knew about the pending case. Gina refused to let the deal close until she was satisfied our liability was mitigated. We’ve been in commercial real estate leasing for 27 years, Gina is now our Maui “Go to.” Gina wasn’t a blind hire because of coming highly recommended, but recommendations rarely work out this well.

Gina Duncan is the best, she is quick, precise, professional and courteous at all times, whatever needs we have, she is prompt to take care of, never say no to the clients, her entire group of staffs are the same way, highly efficient at all aspects, we really enjoyed working with her, and if we ever need an agent ever again, she is no doubt the only choice in my book.
