We had been looking for a house for about six months. Our first realtor showed us several houses, but the she quit her job to open up her own realty business and never got back in touch with us. Our second realtor only showed us one house--one he built, and he increased the asking price after we made almost a full offer on his original asking price. Needless to say we had been through a lot with realtors at this point. Finally, my friend gave me Elaina Morgan's number. Just talking to her on the phone was amazing. She showed us a house the very next day. It was a foreclosure, and she was completely honest about all the details and was very adamant about making sure we didn't get into something over our heads. As we were about to leave to look at some more houses, I told her that I had just found one on a classified site, and she said she had just found it as well and had already planned on showing it to us! We fell in love with the house immediately. She was great about recommending things and honest where she needed to be. We're thankful she was willing to take us on because after everything we had been through, we knew we would be a chore. She was positive, outgoing, and just a pleasure to be around altogether. Most of all, she was dedicated and did what it took to find us a home.

I am from Wisconsin. I was referred to Elaina. It was my good fortune, especially after experiences with another previous realator from another company. My wife and I determined minimum features for looking for property in Tennessee and forwarded them to Elaina in advance of driving from Wisconsin. Upon arrival, Elaina had a number of properties ready for showing, complete with Plat maps, property details, and the like. We drove down to Tennessee with our two standard poodles, which Elaina graciously allowed to stay at her house while looking at properties. For three days, Elaina drove us around the Cookeville, TN and Celina, TN areas, showing us properties that ALL met many of our requirements. THREE days! We decided not to buy the first trip. The second trip to Tennessee, nine months later, Elaina spent another two days showing us a more narrowed down list of properties, with some added desired features we had identified and added from the first trip. She is a thorough salesperson, with high ethical integrity. She goes beyond what she says she'll do. She is highly connected to the community, knows everyone (it seems), and is very pleasant to deal with from the initial phone call, to landing the right property. She will be open about what are the good and not so good features of the location and property under consideration, and, what are the inherent risks about buying a particular property -- something very much appreciated by those from out of the area.
