After a successful career in the telecommunications industry of 20+ years I decided to make a career change. Most of my background was customer service oriented. My former career prompted me to move several times in a few different cities. I had both good and bad experiences when buying or selling a home. I decided I wanted to offer exceptional service to people who are making decisions with one of their most expensive investments in their portfolio. I did not want them to be left with “chance,” so I decided to help them with one of the most important financial decisions they may encounter in their lifetime. The buying, selling and investing in real estate. I aligned myself with the #1 Real Estate company in North America and as the saying goes…the rest is history!
I study the market daily, view homes when they come on the market, follow what can be, the overwhelming statistics Real Estate and world events which may have effects on this industry. I do this to help people make the most informed decisions. Since 2002 I have helped 100’s of people with their real estate needs with over $200 Million of closed transactions.
My philosophy is simple: Clients come first. I pledge to be in constant communication with you. Keeping you fully informed throughout the entire buying or selling process. I believe that if you’re not left with an amazing experience, I haven’t done my job. I don’t measure success through the achievements I have made or awards I have won, but through the satisfaction of our clients.
In a world where ‘responsiveness’ is literally an instant away, that term unfortunately happens to be at the center of the #1 customer complaint about the real estate industry. I have taken this to heart and make sure my clients become RAVING FANS! The best compliment I receive is when you introduce me to your family and friends not only for the service I provide, but the outcome of your purchase and/or sale of a home. That is why most of my business is referral based and word of mouth.
I am originally from the Midwest but have lived in San Diego (Lakeside) since 1998 with my wife of 30 plus years. We have 1 adult son who is a SDSU alumni (Go Aztecs)! When we are not working, we enjoy good BBQ, movies, golf and just good ole family time.
