I recently bought a townhome in the Museum district with Don's assistance. He was helpful in negotiating with the owner of the property and helped me deal with several challenges during the whole process, such as, a termite scare. I have now listed my townhome for sale with Don and have been very pleased with his service on the selling side of this real estate maze. He is easy to work with and takes care of all the details of paperwork and all the other parts of selling a home. Like what to do and what to leave for the buyers to decide. We listed our condominium with Don in the Galleria area. He helped us decide on the list price and it was the highest any unit in our complex had ever been listed for up to that time. Thanks to his great negotiating skills, we sold it for only one thousand off that price!!! Then we told him we wanted to move to suburbs for the good schools for our new son. He was not familiar with Sienna Plantation but he came up with several homes for us to view. After looking at only 4 or 5 homes, we made an offer on a home, and our offer was accepted by the builder within 24 hours. He helped us understand what a builder wanted to see in a reasonable offer. Last fall, in 2002, my new husband and I took new positions with hospitals in the Medical Center. Many of our friends said that we should look for homes in Silverlake or Sugarland. We discussed the options and our price range with Don and he suggested that we start in Silverlake because the commute from there would be easier than Sugarland. We looked at new and almost new homes in Silverlake, West Oaks, and several other areas of Pearland. We were so impressed with Don's knowledge of the area and he asked such good questions to understand our priorities. Such as, needing a large backyard for our large dog. We love our brand new Plantation home with the huge backyard and we even got a great deal because he knew that the builder had some inventory homes that saved us over $10,000. in the purchase of our new home.
