Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is D’Andre Marlin, a full-time licensed realtor serving the Midlands and the area where I have called home for the past 16 years. I began serving the citizens of South Carolina with a career in Law enforcement at the Department of Corrections at the age of 18. A few years later I became a deputy sheriff in Lancaster county. After relocating to Columbia, I continued my career as a police officer at Columbia Police Department. During my time at the city, I was able to further my education and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice. After earning my degree, I returned to corrections where I began my career, but this time, as an agent. After some time at corrections, I accepted a position as a State Trooper with the Department of Public Safety and later worked as a special investigator with South Carolina's Attorney General's Office. I decided to take a break from law enforcement and pursue other interests. My many years in law enforcement has prepared me for this part of life's journey as a real estate agent. I have been able to meet, serve and build relationships with individuals from all walks of life. My heart's desire to serve has led me down this path of real-estate where I will continue to build relationships and serve my community.
“Real Estate With a Purpose”
Everything we do in life should be intentional and part of my purpose in real estate is to give back to my community. With every home sold, I will donate % of my profit to the seller’s charity of choice. Let’s make a difference together
