Carin & her husband Capt. Steve have lived on Pine Island over 25 years. For the past 18 years, Carin has made North Captiva Island and Pine Island her primary interest.
In June of 1999, Carin was appointed property manager for Safety Harbor Club through 2003 at which time she started her own property management company on North Captiva. In 2006 Carin received her Florida Real Estate license and since then has participated in over 100 sales transactions. Carin has a wealth of experience and information about North Captiva Island and the surrounding islands, she has a passion to help people find their dream property.
