We used April to help us find a Condo in a specific Association on Longboat Key. April proactively contacted unit owners which enabled us to see two off market opportunities. We made a bid on our preferred choice and just recently closed on our dream second home. April was fantastic throughout the entire process. Would highly recommend her.

Incredible!!!
I can not say enough positive praise for April. She’s knowledgeable, detailed, helpful, pro active,
versatile and just plain a delight to work with! We bought and sold homes within just a few weeks of each other and April guided us with patience, confidence and calm. She’s a problem solver and always works to make sure you never feel overwhelmed. Cannot recommend her enough!!!

April is a true professional. She worked very hard to keep us informed about new properties that came on the market and which properites would allow our two big dogs. We had very specific needs and she was able to help us find the perfect place. April also helped us through the sale and after the sale in many ways.
